If you have entered a book into The Lories Best Published Contest, you may enter as many proposals as you like into The Lories Best Proposal contest and deduct $5 from the "first proposal entry fee" for each entry (e.g. If you are an RWA member who entered the Lories Best Published, you pay only $15 to enter a proposal into The Lories Best Proposal contest!)

I agree to be bound by the judges’ decisions and by the contest officials’ decisions, regarding any question or dispute arising from or relating to the contest, the interpretation of official rules, and any other matters relating to the contest, not specifically covered by the official rules. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this contest, I agree to defend and hold harmless "From The Heart" chapter, its officers, contest personnel, members and judges from any and all liability. I understand that failure to agree to the above terms automatically disqualifies my entry.
