If you have entered a proposal into The Lories Best Proposal Contest, you may enter as many books as you like into The Lories Best Published contest and deduct $5 from the "first book entry fee" for each entry (e.g. If you are an RWA member who entered the Lories Best Proposal, you pay only $20 to enter a book into The Lories Best Published contest!)

I have read, understood and agree to abide by the rules of The Lories Best Published competition. I understand that contest judging is subjective, and that the decisions of the judges will be final. I agree to be bound by the judges’ decisions and by the contest officials’ decisions, regarding any question or dispute arising from or relating to the contest, the interpretation of official rules, and any other matters relating to the contest, not specifically covered by the official rules. In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to this contest, I agree to defend and hold harmless "From The Heart" chapter, its officers, contest personnel, members and judges from any and all liability. I understand that failure to agree to the above terms automatically disqualifies my entry.

FOR E-BOOK ENTRANTS
I understand that up to 3 copies of my e-book will be made, in order to send it out to the assigned judges. I have permission of my publisher to allow this one-time distribution of my books, by From the Heart Romance Writers, Chapter 177 of the Romance Writers of America. I understand that there will be no monetary payment made for these e-book copies. All copies will be deleted from the judges' computers, after the judging period. There will be no copying or distribution of the e-book entered, beyond those furnished to the judges.
