Course Description:

Did you know that most astrologers have a flair for math and analytical thinking? You have to split a lot of hairs to do the precise timing a financial or weather astrologer does.

Palmists need good eyesight to back up their intuition–and really good light so they can see the lines in a client's hands.

For each gift, there are character traits and working methods, and who better to help you blend them into believable psychic characters than another writer who is also a practicing psychic?

Mary is proficient in tarot, astrology, I Ching, dowsing (pendulum work), crystal healing, numerology and Reiki.   Her friends include mediums and a wide range of other practitioners as well as gifted individuals who use their skills in their business and personal lives without calling themselves psychics. Mary will show you the conflicts inherent in each of the gifts, the blind spots and the wisdom that come with each.

By the end of the class, you'll know how to use a psychic character who is convincingly gifted without ruining the suspense or the sexual tension.

About the Instructor:

Mary O'Gara claims she was cheated out of her fair share of teen love and sex stories because her father was a gifted intuitive who always knew where his daughter was. Even worse–all her friends knew her father was likely to show up at the wrong times. On the good side, he was her first teacher, and Mary honed her own gifts working first in his law office and then in a friend's newspaper office. After using her own gifts as a journalist and then a lobbyist for women's issues, Mary became a professional astrologer and psychic in Santa Fe 39 years ago. She is certified as an astrologer and a tarot reader and is a Neuro Linguistic Programming Practitioner.
