Course Description:
While it's easy to create conflict between a hero and heroine
whose kingdoms are at war, everyday life can be a tougher
setting for plausible conflicts...especially when the hero
and heroine are both lovable characters. But the same conflicts
that trouble real-life couples -- plus the same solutions
recommended by marriage counselors -- can work equally well
for fictional couples.
About the Instructor:
Laurie Schnebly Campbell loves speaking to writers about
issues that draw on her background as a counseling therapist
AND as a romance novelist who beat out Nora Roberts for Best
Special Edition of the Year. She also enjoys narrating videos
for her ad agency, teaching a catechism class, and writing
how-to's for authors. People ask how I find time to do all
that, Laurie says, and I tell them it s easy. I never clean
my house!
